Q. What is your return policy?

A. Please contact us through the contact page or at within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We offer store credit for the price paid (minus shipping) or an exchange for items that are not to your liking. Item must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please note: Purchases on sale/discount/clearance items are final. Please see our terms of use for any further questions.

 Q. When will my order ship?

A. We are a small business, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. We try to get our orders out as soon as possible. If you order on a launch days your patience is appreciated. Please note: If you purchase in-stock items with pre-sale items, they will ship together when the pre-sale items are ready! Thanks for your understanding! 

Q. How do I know my size?

A. We suggest using the sizing guide for each product and using a fabric measuring tape to measure yourself. Keep in mind all products have a lot of stretch so sizing down might be more comfortable for you. 

Q. Can I return an item after I have worn/washed it?

A. Keep in mind, we are a small business and we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn/washed. Please follow care instructions found on your clothing for best use.

Q. What if my product has a defect/flaw?

A. Please reach out to us if you notice a defect on your item, we want to make it right.
